Italian Cooking Classes
One of the most revealing aspects of a culture is its cuisine. What do the ingredients and recipes tell us about the land? The climate? The people and their habits? At SUF cooking classes, you can spend time getting to know not only Italian culinary traditions, but also your fellow classmates! SUF offers a series of 5-6 menus from different regions of Italy; most classes teach you two first courses, a second course and a dessert. The capolavoro of the class, however, is sitting around the table enjoying a scrumptious meal with new and old friends alike. Sign up in the Student Life Office.
